01 — About / The project
A creative
internet club.
CapyCrew is a collectible character world where your Capy becomes your identity, your membership pass, and your way to help shape CapyCity.
02 — Notes
Characters with
somewhere to go.
What the project is, and what the member product has to carry before any of it counts as shipped.
CapyCrew is a 10,000-piece collectible character project built on Robinhood Chain. Each Capy is a digital identity and a membership pass into CapyCity, an evolving universe shaped by character art, fashion, animation, games, and community culture.
The product is the experience around the collectible: a profile, a holder gallery, monthly missions, community polls, a public activity feed, and a growing library of districts, drops, badges, and events.
The MVP we are building
This is the member experience being designed, not a list of features that are live today. Each future release will be dated and announced through the official CapyCrew channels.
- Wallet and Capy profile. Connect a wallet, verify a Capy, and manage traits, animations, badges, and participation history.
- Holder gallery. Inspect characters in a collection-style display with trait metadata, animation previews, and archive navigation.
- Monthly CapyCity missions. Design a district, submit an outfit or music idea, vote on a drop, complete a challenge, or attend an event.
- Rewards. Digital badges, exclusive artwork, early access, merchandise discounts, and event access — each one documented when it is live.
- Community polls. Help choose themes, collaborations, district directions, and future character drops.
- Public build log. Follow new districts, drops, member contributions, mission completions, and community decisions.
03 — Direction
Build the city
together.
CapyCity grows in chapters, and each district carries its own characters, media, missions, collaborations, and event format. The list below is the order they are being written in.
- 01 StreetNext The social plaza: fit checks, block-level dispatches, and the front door to the city.
- 02 StudioPlanned The creator lab, where outfits, music ideas, and district proposals get made and submitted.
- 03 ArcadePlanned The challenge floor: monthly missions, community scoreboards, and badge unlocks.
- 04 HarborExploring The listening and event space, plus the places members invent after it.
Collectibles and access passes. CapyCrew NFTs do not represent equity, ownership in a company, or a guaranteed financial return. Features are staged, conditional, and subject to product, partnership, legal, and community review.3
04 — Game concept
CapyCity:
After Hours.
A concept study for the interactive layer, filed here so the shape of it is public before any of it is built.
A lightweight browser adventure where your Capy walks through themed districts, takes on monthly missions, collects wearables, and leaves visible traces of community activity.
- Core loop. Explore a district, accept a mission, make or discover something, earn a badge or an unlock, then return for the next chapter.
- District design. Street is the social plaza, Studio is the creator lab, Arcade is the challenge floor, and Harbor is the listening and event space.
- Animation language. A twelve-second signal pulse: the Capy steps into frame, the card lights up, a district marker blooms, then the camera cuts to the next route.
The animation studies that this concept is drawn from run on the front page as the dispatch deck.
